I'm Keith — a senior product designer with eight years across regulated banking and crypto fintech: five years in Hong Kong, three in Toronto. I joined Virgo.co as its only designer and now own product design for four consumer and business payment products, plus the design system and brand architecture behind them.
I work close to engineering — token architecture, developer handoff, design QA — because that's where design either holds together or quietly falls apart. The craft half is where I started: illustration, motion, character and brand work. It still feeds the product side, and it's the reason a compliance-shaped flow and a brand mascot can come from the same person.

Own end-to-end design for four consumer and business payment products, plus the design system and brand. Rebuilt the payments design system as a two-layer token architecture (35 primitives, 49 semantic tokens); authored the Virgo.co brand guidelines with a three-tier brand architecture; redesigned KYC and account onboarding within compliance constraints; and created the VI-2 mascot and merchandise programme.
